Best bands in town!!! Telephone orders are hard to make, so easy to go and order. You are fast and you will get to enjoy the BBQ smells while you wait. The ribbons, catfish, shrimp, hot links and chicken are amazing. The staff is friendly and always working hard to bring you the best food. Sometimes they have desserts like German cakes. Parking is limited. You have a ride, but I never use it. View all feedback.

I ordered a $44.00 pan of Tips with sauce on the side in advance for a family gathering for 9/3/22 Saturday morning pick-up at 11:20 am. The tips were aweful. They looked like they were taken from the freezer and heated in the microwave. Light brown in color, no grill marks and very little flavor. My family and I were very disappointed. Don't waste your money!!!!! I took a chance after seeing the bad reviews because I grew up on Hillery's and it was always fire. I ordered the medium rib tips and had to throw them away. It had a foul smell to it like the meat wasn't washed properly, then it had more fat then meat and the taste was horrible. I was so disappointed didn't think it could be true but ppl stay away definitely won't be eating from here again.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed a $200 order Tuesday for my work for Saturday. They said I can call back Thursday or Friday to make a payment. Tried calling mutiple times throughout the day Thursday to make a payment but Saturday. No answer and calls are being forward to voicemail. It is not almost noon on Friday and we have tried calling 3 times to make a payment and still the same. No answer. Calls being forwarded to voicemail. When I called to place the order on Tuesday, they answered right away. Lady seemed nice. If they didn't want our business, they should have spoke up and said something. I can call from my work phone and it will ring but my cell number seems to be blocked. Bad for business if you ask me because we were going to order from here probably 1 Saturday every month. Heard great things about their food and it's a shame I will never try it now because of the customer service.UPDATE: They called me at 11 am on Saturday, 1 hour before I WAS suppose to pick up my order, and asked if we would still like to order... As if I wasn't trying to call for 2 days straight to pay for the order??
The best BBQ Period. Often imitated never duplicated. A+ service, friendly staff, fair prices, and again the best BBQ Period. I drive 1 hour just to visit and it's worth it everytime. Thanks Hillary's.Food: 5/5

I not only had a bad experience but. This unfortunate situation happened more than ones. I simply asked for plain wings w sauce on the side n another 8pc wing meal n got all the way home and I got a 6 six instead of 8pc and there was extremely too much sauce on my wings when I asked for plain wings smh. By the time I got back to the restaurant the rest of my food cold n they only gave me another 6pc as a replacement smh I'd never go to this restaurant ever again.
