the place needs a deep cleaning. fingerprints on the glass, tables felt grimy and offered from the 4 syrups, two of the bottles were empty. service was good and eating was also good. View all feedback.

Order breakfast from them through Uber eats and soon as I opened my food it was a fly in my food. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager asked her if she can remake my food and she said No, it’s not IHOP problem Uber eats is the ones at fault and I would have to deal with them. Decide to Dine in today ! Food and service was excellent! They have a wonderful $5 and $3 happy hour menu. Cheeseburger and fries for $5.... Can't beat that This place is best for breakfast! Prices are better than McDonald's! Better food!
We came to breakfast and I ordered the spicy poblano omelette! It was amazing with the right amount of Poblano paprika, paprika, onions, shredded beef. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, highly recommend this location

The cook here is amazing!! His name is David and he does great work that serves the customer! As the first timer here in Waukegan I have never experienced such a great cook without seeing his face! In such an area there are great moods here! Keep the good work here in Waukegan! They all put a perfect example of how to serve people, Dope energy is necessary! Thanks DAVID!!!
