Fun little brewery. In Waukegan but it's kind of far from downtown and other good stuff. ZumBier is located amongst warehouses. Hard to find if you didn't know...

When you're driving to ZümBier, don't get thrown off by the fact that it's in the middle of an industrial park. Their beer is phenomenal I haven't yet tried one...

"I love their quality of bread, but this is not enough if a service for customers. This review refers to their customer service quality, I would give it a zero. I called on Wednesday 3 May at 4am and a very rude lady answer to the phone that showed a lot of attitude. I wish I had asked her name because she shouldn't work in customer service if she is not willing to treat customers with respect. I can understand if she had a bad day, but because of her actions customers can turn away. Quality of products and services for the customer goes hand in hand. Please train the staff better, your business deserves it."
