I know the owner of toon city so many years, and I was not in the bar in my regrets over 20 years, but I went last night and I was reminded as if yesterday by the owner and I am very proud to say that they still run around to negate all their customers as they were in past. that really has it from the 80s. bartender is quick and friendly with service. in every bar seemed to stop for a moment and stare as if I were a welcome guest....
