Our $52.00 ribeye was tough, chewy and not flavorful. It was barley the quality of a basic flank steak. It was ordered medium rare and it ranged from rare to well done due to the thin and inconsistent thickness of the cut. A quality steak would be a 1 thickness, ours ranged from 1/4 to 3/4 at the most.
