Nueske's At Gulliver's Landing - Wausau

Staff is friendly and obviously have a good relationship with the regulars. We enjoyed the atmosphere. We have not been there in years and wanted to try it again. I don't think the food was worth the prices. We both had steaks. Mine was over cooked and dry my husband's seemed like they put on the grill, flipped it over and put it on the plate. It was really rare. I think the salad was the best part of the meal along with the bread. I found it difficult to justify spending $90 for our meal. Maybe a fish fry or a sandwich if I ever went again.

Fantastic shrimps Alfredo! A real evening club. Complete meal with a really nice side salad and cup of soup and piece of Italian bread that comes with the meal. Beautifully decorated environment.

From out of town and this was recommended to try. I had excellent baked fish that comes with soup and salad bar. Reasonably priced. Husband had special 1/2lb perch and he said it's the best hes ever had. Will come back next time we are in the area.

This place is hands down the best place to eat in wausau/schofield/weston/rothschild. The bar is awesome. The bar staff is just amazing. The food that mom nueske makes is out of this world! Every single employee was nothing but awesome and very professional.
