Our visit to Texas Roadhouse was most unfortunate and disappointing. My steak was overcooked and dry. My boyfriend's steak was undercooked and dry. We had no less than four different wait staff. We waited over an hour for our food after being seated. And spent half that time waiting for our drinks.

Our first time at the Texas Roadhouse and pleasantly surprised at the quality. Better than the majority of supper clubs in northern Wisconsin. Special shout out to Jordan. Wonderful service. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the options. I had the bone-in ribeye and it was delicious and tender. Smothered in mushrooms and onions. Which were not needed as the meat had great flavor alone. Loaded baked potato was excellent. Didn't care for the green beans. But I couldn't eat everything anyway. My wife had grilled shrimp, which were very good with great seasoning. The best part is the bread they bring when you're seated! Incredible! I could have just eaten that. Overall it was way better than we ever expected for a chain steakhouse. We will definitely return.

Usually the meals and service at Texas Roadhouse is excellent. This time not so, the waiter was slow inexperienced and unattentive. The steaks delivered to our table after waiting for 1 hour we're cold. Complaint to management and all I got was so sorry, can I get you anything. Waste of time after our meals have already been finished. For this encounter I would have left zero stars but that's not an option.

My wife and I were at The Roadhouse tonight at 4:15 pm . We were greeted and seated immediately we get there frequently and are usually very happy with the food and service. I always order the Prime Rib and never have been disappointed with Rib Mountains Prime Rib. But tonight I was told that it was all sold out at 4:15 and the place was not half full. I have a hard time believing that they would have such a small amount available that it would be sold out. Lesson learned, from now on I will ask before we are seated if it is available.
