Subway - Wausau

Subway really impressed us today and stepped up their game. We stopped in for a quick bite at Walmart and noticed they’ve revamped their menu, and it’s quite impressive! No more boring sandwiches—they now offer options like rotisserie chicken, pizza, and a variety of wraps, salads, and bowls. We tried the turkey club, and it was excellent. The toppings were fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. We will definitely be back to try more of the new items! Hopefully, they maintain this quality.

I arrived at 2 o'clock and waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. The server was extremely rude, and when she heated up the steak, it was placed on a paper sheet that left bits of paper in one of the sandwiches, which fell apart when she cut it. The sandwiches themselves were disappointing, as the server seemed to be sneaky and forgot some of the things we had requested. We asked for two foot-long sandwiches to be toasted, but they were stuck together for half of the time they should have been.

The service we received was disappointing, primarily due to a rude and lazy employee. I noticed how one worker handled the sandwiches while the girl seemed disengaged. She prepared our order but didn't even acknowledge us or check in after he spoke to her. Instead, she rolled her eyes at us and returned to the staff area as soon as she finished. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I am very dissatisfied at the service. Lady was very rude. Had bad attitude. Smashed sandwiches and tossed them across the counter, they almost went on the floor. Ask for chips and cookies, she rolled her eyes and ignored the question. She just went on to say the total. I am not happy and will never return!!!!

No clean tables and was over charged for food and I had valid coupons
