The website says "the venue strives to be the finest 'local' in the Eastern Suburbs" and I say they have succeeded. Was a bit trepid about lunching there last Sunday in case it was rammed with raucous fight fans but this fine pub was so bold as not to televise it, and good on 'em. Love the Hood go there at least once a month if not twice. Normally no complaints. But the other nite I wanted a steak for me and the skewers for my partner. Skewers were not available and as my partner was only after a small meal I asked for the kids fish and chips which was flatly refused. Loss to the Hood $22 steak ,11 fish View all feedback.
