What User likes about Runza:
Whenever we go here, we usually only get a bit of ice. the cone are great, and about half the time they do not have the mix right, so it is smoker with less air. Yeah, that's alive. View all feedback.

Ordered 2 burgers and 1 medium onion rings and a large onion rings. Got home (stormy night and power out) only to discover a medium onion rings (as ordered) but an order of fries instead of the large order of onion rings. Is it really that difficult to get it right? View all feedback.
