Usually one of my faves but I was disappointed with this delivery. My order was all wrong and as it was door dashed it was nearly impossible to fix. Everything else besides my meal was correct and for that reason alone I'll give this visit a 3. View all feedback.
What Forest Ankunding doesn't like about Arby's:
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. They didn't have any roast beef available. Additionally, they don't offer a military discount. If you pay in cash, you need to have the exact amount since they can't provide change. They also don't provide receipts as they have no paper. Overall, the service felt very unprofessional and the management seems lacking. View all feedback.
The food as good the girl behind the counter was awesome. There was a strong smell of propane but they said it was the sewer gas coming back in Hated that they were working in that atmosphere. Good place!

While dining in was asked by employee to “wait just a minute” while he finished his debate with his coworker before he took our order as if we were an inconvenience. Dining room was disgusting. I just feel like customer service and basic kindness is a ghost in fast food anymore. Disappointing.
The restaurant was quiet. Service was slow but due to the fact only one person was working the counter and drive thru. Staff was very polite. Sandwiches were great. Fries were hard and cold.
Mixed reviews on this visit. The good part.... sweet tea was good, Mozzarella sticks were hot fresh, French Dip sandwich was good. The bad part...... fries were burnt, sauce containers were empty, waited at least 5 minutes for staff behind the counter to get sauce packets. The walls are crumbling inside. I much rather visit the Jesup, GA location than the Waycross location.
