What Iam W doesn't like about P.f. Chang's:
haven't had P.F. Chang in years and will likely not ever again. Truly sub par Chinese food across the board, dumplings were rubbery both fried and wanting in soup. the lettuce wraps had grisly bits, the spare ribs were sickly sweet and overcooked, the fried rice was bland, and the bulgogi steak was overdone and grisly. chocolate cake was fine.
