What User likes about Mcdonalds:
Having driven a while we needed the loo and Polegate's McDonalds loomed into view. There we found clean toilets with no need to interact with the staff to use them. Outside there are three disabled parking bays and plenty of other parking. There are automatic doors, one inside for handsfree draught free dining. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonalds:
Went it to grab family a breakfast, there was a large queue with no one on the tills someone had to ask manager to go on tills, finally got someone to serve and the lady in front of me ordered 6 drinks and this took them 30 mins to do! All staff were slow, the lady said to manager I have waited 30 mins for 6 drinks and she replied no you haven’t! She was rude and slow and she haven’t a clue on how to speak to custome...
