I called in this lunchtime looking to get a drink and snack within minutes. Despite being very busy and clearly this being a somewhat unusual request, I was made to feel genuinely welcome and received excellent service throughout, with my food order (Whitebait) arriving...about minutes after ordering. My two previous visits were fine and my reviews reflected my delight and pleasure. Sadly today's visit proved disappointing. Although the service was excellent, the food on this occasion was tasteless and bland.
