What a surprise gem in sleepy Learmonth. A delightful cafe/cider bar. Cafe is tastefully decorated with exposed timber, comfy lounges, wood fire place for winter and unusual art work. An outdoor deck area would be terrific for a weekend band. Staff were friendly and efficient. The menu was simple with lovely local produce. Prices are reasonable. Although advertised as open 9-5 today, was closed for private kids bday. Drove kids to Learmonth for bike ride on lake foreshore with promise of milkshake at this nice cafe. On arriving on bikes the rude owner told me I should have phoned first! She was then disgustingly rude to us to the extent that my grandson crys when the encounter is mentioned.
