"Not the place for Texas steak. Did my research for nearby steak while traveling. Rated pretty good for steak and BBQ. Supper on a Wednesday night 730. Waitress was good/friendly, but over worked. Could have been more attentive but when larger tables camein after our 2 top she directed more attention to them than us. Typical. Don?t ever underestimate the tip factor. ¾ inch RibeyeMedium was bottom end Medium rare. Asked for rib end and most aged cut in house if available. Got mid-section, no fat cap (overtrimmed or lesser grade animal--probably later). Inner fat vein sparse between rib eye cap and petite ribeye. Parts of steaktender, other very tough and sinewy especially around untrimmed tail. Some of meat had very livery mineral taste. This means theanimal may have been stressed or not bled properly at slaughter. Overall flavor not best, grain lot finished definitely notgrass fed. Grilled vege skews looked nice but were basically raw. Probably on grill for less than 5 minutes low side noseasoning. House salad on its last legs of freshness and couple soft grape tomatoes were a bit gross. Blue cheese from jug, nohouse made here. Second entrée of salmon said to have been very tasty and grilled adequately. Got an overload of bread aswaitress just kept shoveling baskets out with other orders and gave no thought to our table needs. Drinks not refilled timely aslater larger tables taken care of first. She even had help and I had to ask manager/helper for service once they were finishedwith others service. They had to pass our table, saw tea glasses on edge as sign of need and by passed us nether-the-less. Veryrushed traffic from after when we came in, but nothing seemed attended to at our table. When dropped off check, not told neededto pay up front, so waited a while until we flagged her down and she told us otherwise. By 830 they were turning people awaythat wanted to come in. "The food is not memorable. My hubby and I shared some BBQ wings which were really good, I was hopeful that the $16 brisket sandwhich would have been tasty but it was bland. On the menu it says that the side is chips its their homemade potato chips) which would be super cool but it was bland too... the place is so beautiful, clean, the music is spot on. I was just hoping that the food was going to be really good. I'd felt better paying 12 bucks for that sandwhich. Meat wise for what i had , Chik Fil A meat taste is better.... The atmosphere here and the thought of everything in this restaurant screams above par..... I was expecting above average food... i was disappointed. The meat needs to be juicier, more flavors.. I know they prolly can't smoke for 10 plus hours but something needs to be done about the food quality..... the chips weren't soggy, but there was no flavor not even salt I don't think) I dipped it in ranch otherwise I wouldn't have eaten them. I appreciate the bbq sauce being put on the side......the bbq sauce was sweet tasting....it was just OK, not awe striking...from the appearance of this place I expected more..... that's why I'm giving 4 star bc the owners put a lot of money and thought into designing etc.. maybe time to rethink the menu a little and add some flare.... just my opinion we aren't local to that part of town but we prolly won't ever go back sadly. Some places we will make the trip for but ... not here..... unfortunately.... writing this review bc I want someone to make a better sandwhich than my dad. So far my dad's cooking for bbq is the best."

"I had the Alpine Green Chile burger ?salad? style and my daughter had the Big Burger lunch special. The patties are bigger than I thought they would be being a smashed burger, as another costumer had mentioned.The fries were seasoned perfectly. Everythingwas fresh, filling, and great!
