"Visited the Mesquite Pit for Saturday lunch. Ordered the Armadillo eggs (very tasty brisket stuffed fried jalapenos) to start, followed by st. Louis style ribs. Party also got chopped beef and pork chop. All the entrees were delicious. Of the sides, themashed potatoes, onion rings, and green beans were standouts. And the bread is delicious! Awesome atmosphere and huge portionswill not disappoint. 5/5 can't wait to return."

"This was a great experience in every single way! We have been to a lot of mediocre Italian places, this is not that, the food was SO delicious! But where this place really stood out to me was the service. It has been a long time since I encountered suchwonderful service while I was dining out.
