I don’t understand why the staff won’t understand a simple thing as ‘less ice’. I bought a sago taro with less ice. I requested very precisely that i need extremely less ice cos its not good for my throat! they still put so much ice in my drink! half my drink was ice! why would someone do such a thing! Small but very clean place. The service is excellent however parking is nonexistent.Ordered the large sized brown sugar milk tea with regular tapioca, less ice and 70% sugar for pick up and was ready as soon as I arrived.The drink wasn’t too sweet and the quality of their tapioca is unbeatable.The tapioca was actually quite warm for at least 30mins upon receiving it.
