This location is the best we’ve been to yes service is slow but for freshly prepared food worth the wait and having a beer helps. Staff pleasant but the floor manager is the best. I watch him constantly manage the floor plus interact with every table to ensure they’re satisfied. We drive from Brampton as both locations don’t work for us. Horrible service. 15-20 minutes to place an order and another 30 minutes for food. Steak was lukewarm so complained and they took it away. They came back a few minutes later with the same steak and fries, probably just put it under the broiler for a minute or two. Fries were now overcooked.
