Marked to have my delivery handed to me. They decided to set it on my front porch in 30° weather instead and didn't bother to atleast knock on the door. 35 minutes after getting notified that it was out for delivery, I called and was told that with delivery they just set it outside. Then why give the option?? And why wouldn't you, at minimum, knock on the door!! View all feedback.
