"Our anniversary meal- Wow!!!! Another beautiful meal at Duets. Food is amazing and service is brilliant. Everything runs like clockwork. These guys know what they’re doing. "We were trying to get into the cafe opposite as it had tables in the sun, and it wasn’t immediately obvious where the entrance to the Almshouse is (10 yards down street). The outside seating doesn’t look as appealing as it’s neighbor but once inside it’s a different story. A really nice menu with an excellent selection of cakes and sandwiches and great coffee, served by friendly staff. The Almshouse itself is really pretty inside, with a bookshop, and spiral staircase taking you to more seating. Next time we’re in Axbridge we’ll be heading straight there!"

"Lovely owner and fantastic food. Really obviously cared about making good quality food to satisfy our taste buds. We both had a lamb shish kebab which was delicious and definitely not stingey with the meat either! Would 100% recommend if you're in the area and fancy a kebab. Only place to go.
