This was my first time here with my friends. I originally booked the snow globe but had to be seated inside because of the rain. Inside was very nice, we loved the music. Our service however was the only problem our waiter did not meet our expectations and brought our a lot of wrong items. Other than that we enjoyed our time and would return. View all feedback.

that could have been better. many missed opportunities on the service that we celebrated two birthdays, and no one seemed to worry about our apps and escaped came out at the same time (after our server told us to put the order in the same time and that he did it out) the same escapes were brought out again 15 min later (not newly made, understood, but the same old, we needed to get him) the server was lost for long.... That could have been better. many missed opportunities on the service that we celebrated two birthdays, and no one seemed to worry about our apps and escaped came out at the same time (after our server told us to put the order in the same time and that he did it out) the same escapes were brought out again 15 min later (not newly made, understood, but the same old, we needed to get him) the server was lost for long. the ambiente was amazing as the intentional, but service questions. the manager kenny was nice enough to end, but his try to help just fell a bit flat for us. go for a cocktail and the hopeful, but I would avoid sitting for a proper meal.

Everything was great next to the service. server had a terrible attitude

That was literally the worst experience I had in a restaurant lounge. I wanted to celebrate with family and friends and make this an unforgettable experience. it will be unforgettable for all wrong reasons! our waitress was not attentive, we didn't get any food! we have placed an order, but the waitress came with a menu that wanted to serve us f*cking hühnernuggets! the drinks were badly made. I mean, that was really a bad experience to bear for my birthday! it was embarrassing! 1/10

The service was terrible, they can tell everything that wanted to be there, they weren't even busy who took and not their work, they took for ever to come and clean our table over price eating terrible presentation for a 15 dollar desert! it looked like a cup icecream of macdonals you're making me a plastic cup? we were in shock that we felt embarrassing, even happy birthday to sing my sister. we had to go to another restaurant to look for a better dessert for them. amira gave us the worst, I'll never go there again.
