I was assigned to a room that smells like cigarettes, when they took my DL and a deposit in case it was damaged by cigarettes odor. The wall was dirty, bathroom dirty with previous guest dirty soap in the shower. I was reassigned to a different room after complaining. View all feedback.
the staff and house keepers are amazing this is the best hotel EVER..They are very clean and make u feel at ????..
