This is the restaurant in the Leondardo hotel in Weimar.One of the remarks I had to make about the Leonardo is a lack of enthusiasm with the staff (it IS a big place) but this is not at all true for the restaurant: I found the staff (especially the Maître d') very keen, helpful and enthusiastic.The cuisine is very very German -- not very refined but, what we ate here was good and tasty.Normally speaking I avoid resta...
