"We went to Accanto on Saturday night. We were kindly shown a nice table and were looking forward to our dinner. Then our waiter came and asked us if we had been there before. We hadn't said to the water and politely that he must be mistaken. After that he started acting weird. Without going into any details, just like an example: I said I want some wine to eat. At this point he said OK, but first I should finish my beer that I had ordered on arrival. I would have enjoyed the wine during the antipasto, but the waiter went into a lot of trouble, us throughout the time we enjoy the antipasto. He asked about the wine when our inflammation came to the table. When I said at this point, I would like to have the wine much earlier, but did not have the opportunity to order any one that he seemed insulted at the fact that I would point out. Now later, when he paid the bill, he became even more rude than I did what a customer can do, no tip has added to the bill. He went away quickly and didn't even give me a reception. The food was actually good, although on the expensive side. But our experience shows that even a good meal can be completely overtaken by strange behavior of an employee and that a cold antipasto plate for two and a common inflammation lasted more than two hours 't helped the experience. And that without a beautiful glass of wine!"
