Had a great visit to Starbucks Welland tonight! Galaxy and Jen were very friendly and helped recommend drinks for us. Our drinks were all made correct and quickly, and the dining room was clean and well organized. Overall a good time read more.

What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
They are always very slow so expect to wait even when there is no line...extremely disorganized. It's Sunday morning and they have no Pike place or Dark roast. I thought this was a coffee shop? Would give -5 stars if I could. They need to fire everyone and start over, hit the rest button so to speak. This is hands down the absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been to (I've been to 30+ locations). read more.
