First time and was for nieces bdTerrible terrible service Even the owner or manager was there and didn’t ask us how things were etc but he did help other tables. He did bring a to go box. He should’ve come talk to the bill payer...me! Never did get my coffee. The first cocktail was like water. The food was very good. I think kitchen help was trying to Bartend. One server. What User doesn't like about Piatto Bravo:
There’s definitely room for improvement. Eggplant dish came out burnt, clam dish had two clams that did not open which means they were not fresh, and the seafood dish did not have any octopus in it which has it on the menu as one of the ingredients, calamari was tough and rubbery. As much as we enjoyed the food and the music, the decision of one of the manager/owner not to do the right thing when it comes to a glass of wine, we will not be going back. I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio. Waitress took it upon herself to order me the glass instead of the later I was told by the manager, Did I drink it? All he had to do was charge me instead of NOT GOOD BUSINESS.
Honestly the food here is by far better than any other restaurant in Wellington. This is a place for people who prefer quality over quantity. No, the atmosphere isn’t ‘Kaluz’ style, but if food is a priority, then Piatto Bravo is definitely worth a try. And, Anthony, our server was great he was attentive, knowledgeable, and charming. If you like delicious, home made Italian food, you should give this restaurant a try.

This was not a great night for us. We have been here before and had a good experience, but tonight my meal was tasteless and the service very slow. Very disappointing.
I LOVE THE WAY THE VEAL PARM IS PREPARED. THE PORTIONS ARE HUGE AND OUR SERVER ANTHONY WAS FABULOUS
