What Bert Payne likes about The Burger Experience:
The crinkle fries with salt pepper were REALLY good. Brown and crispy on the outside, light and perfectly cooked on the inside. Burger was tasty, but overcooked. I'm sure I could request a medium well burger on my next order. I am certain a 4-star review will be completely earned with this slight adjustment. View all feedback.

The floor was sticky! The service was bad. Had to ask for appetizer plates. Server kept disappearing. My friend had to go to bar to get his drink. My husbands ice tea refill never showed up. The food was barely ok. Gross experience. View all feedback.

"Today was my first time trying this place and I will definitely be back! As someone who does not eat meat, this is a great option to get in on flavorful options similar to the real deal. I had a famous Philly cheesesteak and I loved the taste and proportion given. The restaurant itself is well maintained and easy to find. The staff are welcoming and make the customer’s experience pleasant. I was able to meet Dina and she was extremely kind to speak with. Looking forward to trying different menu items for the next time I visit ."
