"Mid morning, needing a coffee we stopped at Dayboro Bakery. Only access to shop is via several steps. Confronted with large range of cakes, bread and buns. Coffee whilst of a good - high quality was only available in "take away" cardboard type cups/mugs. Seating was at tables, on a community verandah outside shop overlooking street. One had to contend with flies and other insects. After ordering and pre paying at the counter, coffee was brought to your table."

"A nice spot next to the marina. The deck area itself looked like it could use a bit of a touch up, the service was ok and the food was pretty good, we got the seafood platter for two, though i think it was a little on the high side for what you get. The seafood was nice and fresh and the oysters where."

"Found this little gem on trip advisor when looking for something close to Chermside that’s a bit of a different cafe experience. They have all the usuals for the less adventurous plus some unique dishes that are well worth a try. I had the kahl...and was not disappointed. "Very nice staff! but terrible food fish are unusable. chips dry and tasteless! it seems that it has recently changed the hands. as disappointing as it used to be the best fishing and chips now it is the worst!"
