We found this place while driving around the island and thought what could be better than a place right next to a seafood factory. We shared some fish and chips. The food was pretty good and the prices more than fair but the food was...frozen even the fish fillets. This was our first time having fries on the island and they were frozen crinkle cut fries. "Every trip to PEI involves a stop at the Richmond Dairy Bar. This stop involved a meal and then ice cream. The meal is your everyday canteen quality food. I wouldn't rush back to have it, I wouldn't make sure to add it into next...years itinerary as an eating spot but I would go back for the ice cream. The ice cream is excellent! I had ordered a banana split and even with a softer than normal banana it was great! My brother in-law got the same and he agreed, the banana was warm and soft."
