"We were trying to get into the cafe opposite as it had tables in the sun, and it wasn’t immediately obvious where the entrance to the Almshouse is (10 yards down street). The outside seating doesn’t look as appealing as it’s neighbor but once inside it’s a different story. A really nice menu with an excellent selection of cakes and sandwiches and great coffee, served by friendly staff. The Almshouse itself is really pretty inside, with a bookshop, and spiral staircase taking you to more seating. Next time we’re in Axbridge we’ll be heading straight there!"

"We’ve been to a couple of Yeo Supper Clubs recently and they’ve gone down really well with our guests. Not only has the food been top-notch and plentiful, the service is always second to none (very friendly but professional too). Can’t wait for our next visit."

"Top quality service. Checked everything I asked about was Gluten Free and ensure kitchen staff were aware I was gluten free. Didn’t pester us but check food was ok. Attentive, polite and friendly staff. Made me feel welcome and not a pain for checking about gluten free options."

"We had a really lovely lunch at this pub. The staff were incredibly friendly, the service was quick and the food excellent. Would definitely recommend to others, and will be coming back again."
