From the moment we walked in, we didn't feel welcomed. Nobody said hi, they just ignored us. We ordered a 8oz latte and a beer. The lady said What do you want Wow...really? I've worked in hotels for 12 years and would never say that to a guest. Another employee thought it was a good idea to stand over us, rather than working, watching climbers.
