I have the rehearsal plate for 2 and it could be easy to feed 3. tapes were ineffective. pork was ineffective. brisket was ineffective. even the hunch that I did in the rule to avoid bbq was incredible. real bbq doesn't need a sosty place and this place is the epitome of this mood. I got the ribs and baked beans and pickled cucumber chips. Truly the whole thing had so much smoke flavor it was awful. I paid almost 20 dollars for 3 small ribs that I couldn't eat. They were fat and gristle. The baked beans were awful it was like they were burnt. The smoke flavor was over powering and it was gross. I have ate their before and it was ok.
