Diemand Farm is one of the best poultry farms in the western mass. I personally met the owners and they are amazing people. I saw her barns, poultry processing center, eggplant and workshop. I also worked with them for a few days and they make sure everything is crystal clear and the product is healthy to consume. The farm is family-run. "Great food and service! Hard to find good BBQ in New England, and these guys hit it. The pulled pork and chicken thighs were both excellent, and the sides great too. They gracefully handled a crowd of about 25 folks, with lots of outdoor seating. They are short-staffed (isn't everyone these days? so service was a little slow, but they were apologetic and did their best."
