Food is still good, and the new orange milkshake is delicious, but the new seating makes the placebos less inviting. All but two of the booths are gone, and those two now have hard, uncomfortable seats. View all feedback.

Dirty stale food took a half hour to get my food won't go back
The staff working in the back are so rude to the woman working the cash register. She was so polite and kind. I’ve worked in restaurants and if someone is waiting to order it’s best to say “some one will be right with you”.. we walked in and the guy in back immediately yelled at the cashier, who was refilling something, and told her we were there and ready to order. She kindly said hello and told us she would be right with us. She then took our order correctly. However, when we got our food we realized a topping was left off. The cooks immediately tried to blame her for ringing it in wrong. My husband had to step in and explain that she took the order correctly. After that they wouldn’t even make eye contact with her. Like how rude and unnecessary! It made us feel so uncomfortable. That woman is so dang kind and didn’t even let it phase her! She deserves a raise and those cooks should be fired!
After placing a rather large order, which was rung in correct, three of our four sandwiches were made wrong. Call and talked to dm, she was fabulous and more than willing to fix the problem. I also talked to Danny, the mgr on shift, and he had the tone of annoyance. I heard him speak to the dm before he talked to me and he said, I'll remake it this time but not after that(or something to that effect). Went back to have the food remade, two were right and one still wrong. Husband went back in, only to witness the shift mgr yelling at sandwich maker on how to fix it. Even though this is closer to me, I'll drive to Waynesboro from now on.
The absolute best Wendy’s I’ve ate at. The food is always fresh!
