The lobster hot pot had a unique earthy flavor that was different from the usual buttery lobster I'm used to. The wagyu beef was overcooked and dry, but the potatoes were tasty. The strawberry salad had a great balance with tart cheese and glazed walnuts, and the Caesar salad was excellent with the addition of anchovies. The table next to us ordered the king crab legs and couldn't stop raving about them, so we'll def... View all feedback.
What ericas doesn't like about Brett Hull's Junction House:
The food was good, they were short staffed the day we went so, it was a lil chaotic but it still was cool. It was very cold in the inside where we sat, so that kinda took away from us having an enjoyable experience. We did ask for the air to be turned up but it didn't happen though. The drinks were not good. You couldn't taste the alcohol, even my husband's drink on the rocks was weak and we didn't get the mixed drin... View all feedback.
Had a good experience here. Gabby was a great waitress and made the visit enjoyable. We ordered fried cheese as an appetizer (photo shown). HUGE AND DELICIOUS!!! The burger came out very well and cooked to preference which was great. I'll definitely come back to enjoy the patio next time as the weather gets warmer. PS: brownie is the best
Let me first apologize for my already touched plates that I posted photos of, but it's only fair that I gave you an idea of what we had. Today was mother's day and they offered a buffet. Under the post on Facebook some people stated they waited too long and left and the buffet was sub par. I don't know how you left but knew it was sub par... However, I get the waiting long. Bear in mind that people have been waiting for a buffet for over 2 years since Covid, and for mother's day? No wonder there was a line. My reservation was for 6pm, my wait was about 15 mins. Was it worth it? For sure it was. There was a variety for more than the price point. $25.99 even the picky eater of the group had seconds. My only downside food could have been a little more hot. The ambience was nice. I'm going to be back for regular dining because the menu looks so good. Promises to be a great dinner date. McKinley was an excellent server. Great service even with the crowd.
I like this place. Excellent apps, tasty burgers...but it makes me sad that the tomahawk is off the menu. It is missed. Servers are nice and plenty of TVs. Third time here and I will be back for a fourth visit.
Service was great, waited on right away. Food was great and all good size portions. Inside was crowded and they only had high tops available. We had made a reservation and had requested regular inside seating, but when we got there it was not available. We ended up sitting outside and had to battle all the neighborhood flies which is our only complaint. They have a great drink selection and lots of food options for everyone.
Bringing down a star based on visit on Fathers day, details below the original review Great food! Cool place! Meatball was delicious, also loved the Cajun pasta (ussually also includes shrimp but we ordered without) and the strong strong tacos. Also had some great drinks! Everything was great. It was our waiters first day, but he did great Went for Father's day brunch buffet. I have been here previously and loved the food on the menu. I will not return here for a buffet again. All of the food was cold except for the pasta which had been just brought out. Fish, ribs, burger, fries, all cold. And burger was undercooked. It was maybe a medium. I typically order medium well, and many places won't sell burgers less than that. I would have expected burgers on a buffet to be cooked to that level. Or if not, since there was 2 trays with burgers, mark on there how done it was, maybe do 1 medium and 1 medium well? My wife and I both had one and table next to us had the same situation/issue, so this wasn't just our 2 burgers Also one of my daughters chicken fingers wasn't cooked all the way. All 3 of us got some and daughter had had others before that one and others were fine, so that was isolated. Waitress was friendly and kept our water glasses filled. She didn't ask about the food until we were eating dessert, even when she was taking back burgers with just 1 bite taken out of them. When she asked, I said dessert was the best part, she giggled and said it should be and walked away. If it wasn't for the 3 awesome desserts, chocolate cake, carrot cake, and turtle cheesecake, I would have walked away unsatisfied, desserts save it and made it worth the . I will go back to the restaurant but I would never go for a special event buffet again.
