"One of the best restaurants ever. We came from Schleswig-Holstein and the food is great. Staff friendly and always accommodating. The backyard/terrace is cozy and beautiful for lousy summer nights. Everything from feisten!!!"

"Great restaurant with German cuisine. For Christmas there are ducks with red cabbage and lumps. The cinna panna-cotta and homemade bratapeis were very delicious. Nice and friendly service. We're coming back!"

"We wanted to eat there spontaneously in the evening (third) that went without problems. We had a nice table and we had a very dear waiter who was very courteous and cordial. "It was very disappointing. We had heard good things about the restaurant and the food but the moment we entered there was no chance of feeling welcome in any way. All together we were served by one person (who was the only person to serve...all tables) which immediately felt a little hectic. When we asked for bread we were first completely ignored followed by a snappy no. There was very little flexibility by the restaurant concerning vegetarians. We even called to say that one of us is a vegetarian however once we arrived she was told that she can have the sides from the meals so the fish without the fish and the goose without the goose, which doesn’t make one feel any more welcome. Then the portions were very small and with no bread provided there was no chance of being full or satisfied afterwards. We could see at the other tables that they were being served many different pralines to their coffee after the menu which we expected to occur with us as well. We were the last guests in the restaurant and not only was the coffee machine turned off while we were still drinking ours, we also had to ask the server whether we would also get the pralines that the other tables got. We again received a snirky and annoyed face and only then did we get something from the kitchen. However, it was also clear that this was not what the other tables had, it seemed like something was scrounged up from the kitchen and all they wanted to do was close the restaurant up. It was very sad that the way we were treated will stop us from coming back as the food did not deserve this criticism."
