"A great small subway with very friendly staff. The sandwich was more than sufficient, sadly, her order had a glimmation in front of the computer, so the sandwich was not ready when I went, but they were so lovable and apologetic, really a large small subway. Clean, well locked and a great stop in West, Texas!"

"We had the sweetest waitress named Holly! The food was good. When we first entered the hostess had us go sit in the bar area. The bartender was rude when she came over stating we had to go out front to be seated. Instead of being rude back I just went back out front. I hope the manager knows that a tourist from Missouri will possibly come back even though the bartender was so rude directing me back out front after I was sent to her section by the hostess . Moral of the story is the bartender missed out by being rude cause I tipped the waitress 40%. If you work in customer service learn to be nice or find another career!!!"

"I have to give a shout out to the manager here, we had an issue with an order and placed a call to the number listed on the door. The manager called back within 24 hours, listened to our issue, offered to replace our order and when we went back in- she went above and beyond for us. She immediately recognized the name, fulfilled our replacement order (everything was delicious, by the way) and she even made sure to make sure we were after we got our replacement. Also, a big plus and something I truly appreciated was hearing the staff talk and joke around, they were appropriate and I for one like to hear when an entire staff can enjoy their shift. Samantha thank you for everything!"

"We love eating here... always get steaks fro 2. Tonight the young long curly brunette waitress was down right rude and disrespectful to the couple in front of us paying. She had a gift card for $50 that the waitress wouldn't use it to pay forpart of the bill. I pray that she realizes how rude and ugly she was. Such a pretty face with an ugly heart."

"This eatery is surrounded by stock and grass farm, and the premises seems old-style wooden-made. The atmosphere was perfect not to mention foods was quite good. I am not sure if it was an authentic American style or not, but I really enjoyed the lunch timeat this place."

"Went on a Friday night. The place was packed. We had good service for the crowd. The meal, ribeye, was good as usual, however the wife had grilled grean beans, they were outstanding. Mostly eat there for lunch, same food better prices."
