Mcdonald's - West

We are picky eaters and don't enjoy many types of food, but we really enjoy McDonald's. Today, I had a small issue and Abel helped me right away. I really appreciate that! High praise for the dedicated staff members.

The line at the drive-thru was short and efficient. The staff were welcoming and got my order right. The food was served hot and fresh. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

We hadn't been to McDonald's in about 8 years because every location in Waco was terrible and always out of ice. However, we decided to give the new West location a try and were pleasantly surprised. We visited 5 times in the span of 4-5 weeks and each time received excellent service in a modern atmosphere. The food was fresh and even my teenagers commented on how friendly the staff was. Highly recommended! And their ice machine always works!

My food was hot and proper. no cars on the menu when we drove up and it took 6 minutes to ask us to order, we even said hello about 3 minutes after we pulled up. there was a car in front of us. it took another 17 minutes before we got into the window to pay. to the happiness we have just got our food a few minutes after.

I was hesitant about stopping here based on the many reviews complaining about the slow service. We decided to give it a try and decide for ourselves on how to rate the service. To my pleasant surprise the service was fast, friendly and my order was accurate. Food was fresh and hot. The young lady that took our order was new to her job and required a little assistance but that is to be expected. Kudos to McDonald's for giving young adults an opportunity to earn some money.
