Toppers Pizza - West Allis

This place is terrible for delivery. Waited hours for my order just to discover when it came, I wasn 't notified since my app said it was out for delivery 2 hours there were ants crawling all over everything because some genius left it on the ground. I then had to go to the store and have the order remade. Wasted delivery fee and tip. I now placed another delivery order and after an hour it 's still saying out for delivery. I live 5 blocks away. I 'm on hold right now for 15 minutes after the girl didn 't even ask if I could hold just very rudely said please hold . Don 't waste your money or time here. They just plain suck. Won 't be ordering again.

Horrible service, I don't understand why they treat their customers badly, I tried to give him a bad word about the combos and he didn't even want to answer me. Apart from that, he gets upset because I don't leave them a tip, because obviously I won't leave because of bad treatment like this.

Waited 2.25hrs for a delivery and they forgot all my side sauces.

Ordered food the night of 4/4/24. was told they had no drivers and would use door dash. food ordered at 12 am. nothing ever arrived. store reassured on it' way, a lie probably. called the morning of 4/5/24. female manager refused to refund told me she'd mail a gift card. refused to her first name and had a bad attituded overall. she needs better training.
