Contribute FeedbackWest Baden offers a beautiful setting with lovely music, however, the Sunday brunch buffet left much to be desired for some guests, with runny and cold eggs, greasy bacon, and subpar oysters. The service was hit or miss, with some feeling ignored by their waitress. However, desserts were a highlight, as well as the history of the hotel shared by a charming pastry chef. Overall, opinions were mixed, with some praising the food and service, while others felt the experience did not match the high price tag. The hotel staff as a whole received much praise for their friendliness and knowledge, making for an enjoyable stay overall.
My man and I were bathing in west at his birthday and I decided to book this. we had no idea what to expect. it was our first time to do this. it surpassed my expectations. it would definitely be visiting again.
Wonderful experience, great eating, great service. they needed a kind of sign to let the mozens know exactly where they go and sit. except the ones.
Desserts were amazing, service and moderator were great. very pleasant evening. that was by far the best we had in the resort. a small history of the hotel, a few wine notes and great descriptions of the three desserts from the charming baked chef.
My husband and I were in West Baden for his birthday and I decided to book this. We had no idea what to expect. It was our first time to do this. It exceeded my expectations. Would definitely participate again.
Wonderful experience, great food, great service. They needed a kind of shield to let the mosquitoes know exactly where they go and sit. Other than these thumbs around!!!
