"WOW! We're going back! again and again i hope! FULL MENU of ASIAN DELIGHTS. we were specifically after the PHO (which was out of this world) but everything on the menu looked intriguing. i was looking for A NICE SPOT to take my husband for his birthday THE ATMOSPHERE HERE IS TOP NOTCH! though the sushi part isn't big for us IT LOOKED GOOD!!? if that's your thing. if you're looking for a NICE, SIT DOWN, order off the menu, REAL PLATES and SILVERWARE, this is the place. have a pot of tea, relax, talk. excellent."

"My husband and I had an AMAZING meal and service here recently. Cannot recommend this place enough. From the pleasant greeting coming in, to the awesome key lime pie at the end wonderful! Everything was fresh and tasted homemade. The chef has my hat tipped to him because I know how to cook and more often then not, get a mediocre meal when out. I had the delish walleye with spatzel (sp?? and best slaw I ever had with a fresh salad. Husband had (and I'm going to get the name wrong so I'll just Americanize it: the smashed pork chop with a mustard onion type sauce which was ... out of this world delicious!! Came with a red cabbage reduction of something or other.. highly addictive. Oh, and the German nachos are super yummy! Interesting twist that is another addictive item. Our waitress (so sorry I forget your name was phenomenal.. friendly, personal, funny... Just such a nice time. I think we're planning a cruise together! Lol ; We were on the patio and that evening they had a saxophone gentleman playing. Was nice but not necessary for us. Nice surprise though. Hopefully people will read the reviews and frequent this place to check it out and have an amazing meal. ? ? ? ? ?"

"Met with some friends for a fish fry and picked Brazen Head. It was the right choice, the three of us had a great time. The cook came out to check on us as we were right by the kitchen and joked with us. Our waitress/bartender was fun and on top of everything, no drink got to empty before she was asking if wanted another or anything different. The fish was our main reason for going and it was excellent. Their Guinness battered cod was perfect. The outside was crisp not soggy like other places, and the taste set it above and beyond. Nice crispy fries and I tried the potato of the month which was scoops, seasoned thick cut fries more or less that were cut like scoops. I am looking forward to going back and once you try it you will too."

"Went there for the first time tonight and I was mind blown! Had the Vietnamese Catfish and could not put my chopsticks down. Beyond what I could’ve expected! Will definitely be coming back again for more. Loved the ambience and our server was excellent!"

"If you have yet to attend this restaurant; you're in for a pleasant treat upon your first visit. My wife and I got together with several friends and had a dinner reservation for 5 people. We were imediately greeted by a lovely hostess and promptly shown to our seats where the place settings were neatly laid out. Our waitress who was very sweet and well mannered presented us with menus, warm fluffy bread, and poured each of us ice water from a glass decanter. For those of you who enjoy a drink, there are a plethora of wines and imported beers, as well as a very elegantly laid out bar with several charismatic barkeepers that have been great conversation during our visits. While taking our order the waitstaff kindly answered questions regarding the menu. We ordered the prushetta as an app, the chicken, salmon, and the dry-aged bone-in ribeye. We were presented with the main dishes after finishing the pruchetta. Each dish was plated beautifully. After dinner Wes Krimmer the chef and owner of the establishment walked out to the dining room in a clean white coat, stopping at our table for a very pleasent conversation. He took the time to give us a tour of the project under way being a wine room, a larger dining ares, and a large outdoor patio where we learned that Mr. Krimmer is not only the man preparing food but also the one responsable for the renovations you see in his establishment. Krimmers has been an exceptional addition to Down Town West Bend."
