"If you have yet to attend this restaurant; you're in for a pleasant treat upon your first visit. My wife and I got together with several friends and had a dinner reservation for 5 people. We were imediately greeted by a lovely hostess and promptly shown to our seats where the place settings were neatly laid out. Our waitress who was very sweet and well mannered presented us with menus, warm fluffy bread, and poured each of us ice water from a glass decanter. For those of you who enjoy a drink, there are a plethora of wines and imported beers, as well as a very elegantly laid out bar with several charismatic barkeepers that have been great conversation during our visits. While taking our order the waitstaff kindly answered questions regarding the menu. We ordered the prushetta as an app, the chicken, salmon, and the dry-aged bone-in ribeye. We were presented with the main dishes after finishing the pruchetta. Each dish was plated beautifully. After dinner Wes Krimmer the chef and owner of the establishment walked out to the dining room in a clean white coat, stopping at our table for a very pleasent conversation. He took the time to give us a tour of the project under way being a wine room, a larger dining ares, and a large outdoor patio where we learned that Mr. Krimmer is not only the man preparing food but also the one responsable for the renovations you see in his establishment. Krimmers has been an exceptional addition to Down Town West Bend."

"Hi! I went there this past week and was super excited to try a new place in the area. Been hearing great comments and feedback Tochi. When I arrived an employee was so kind and professional and was very polite. The staff seated us on the bar area and while we were looking at the menu the owners? Maybe? Not sure we 're serving and talking to us throughout our experience there. To start off I noticed there was pepper paste and politely asked if I could try it in a dish. Love gochujung, especially if it 's homemade! The owner kept asking questions and seemed a little frustrated that I wanted to simply try it. My household eats a lot of Korean and Asian food in general. They did kindly end up getting a small plate for me of the paste. The brat dumplings were ok.. they were in a broth when served and the wrapping was very thin and was breaking off of the dumpling, so most of the dumplings were just the brat... do not recommend! My ramen was very yummy!! However in our house I make ramen fried and that 's how we grew up. I was eating it on the plate mixing with spice and the other owner seemed a bit angry on how I was eating my food. What 's wrong with the broth? (Nothing wrong with the broth, it was excellent!! however when I explained I usually try my ramen, she walked away pouty! The other owner serving us was very goofy and fun, however he made it very clear (in a joking manner he did not like me. Jokingly called me an a**hole. I 'm sorry but business owners, any employee anywhere should not be saying that to their customers and even to their customers. Even if it 's jokingly. Once again the food and ambiance was very great and amazing. However the owners just simply made the experience a little rough while trying to enjoy the food. Oops! Also forgot to include, most of their beverages were out of stock. Felt like I was on the Gordon Ramsey tv show where most of the menu items available on the menu simply were not available. Had lots of limited options.."

"This place was so awesome! It felt like a restaurant inside of a classy hotel lobby. The menu was very diverse and they had some really creative dishes. They had multiple size plate options. The food was amazing! We had Champagne Battered Cod with PotatoPancakes and Roasted Brussel Sprouts. It was without a doubt the best cod, and the best potato pancake we have ever had! Theatmosphere was great. I highly recommend!"
