I ordered food, took over 40mins to come. The drinks were warm. I politely asked the member of staff why takes so long as is not even that busy and there are lots members of staff around. He just said u wanna ask for a manager? No, i didnt want a manager. I waited long enough. I am a calm person, dont cause drama. However, the customer service and the waiting time is outrageous!
