Nice. simple friendly pub. if they want to be part of the community in hermitage, there are 2 pubs. many are released from the white horse, but his friendly pub, although better suited for sport fans. and now has eat 3 days the week and takeaways on other days. I would leave 5 star for friendly customer service…… but…… I’m reviewing the food in the restaurant and it is way way way below par! We went for Sunday dinner and what a disaster! The menu (of sorts) was written shabbily on paper and lent on the seats as you entered. The menu had about 3 items but I wouldn’t mind if the food offered was of reasonable quality.
