"Great place if all you want is a basic bagel. Bagels are so good on their own but I always get the Vegan Special which is a bagel with cream cheese and fresh veggies on it. Veggies are always ripe and crisp and flavorful. They 're generous with the spreads and toppings. I reccomend the garlic bagel and rosemary bagel but all that I 've tried are great. Lines are always long on weekends so I reccomend ordering ahead of time online (which will likely have 1st availability for pickup an hour out). Kind of annoying that it 's time consuming for a bagel but... honestly still worth it. Usuallt fully staffed with all hands on deck, they are all nice and work hard to keep things efficient. I was impressed when I ordered in store last time as the worker put on a new pair of gloves and was meticulous while making my sandwich with care. Would definitely be better if we had some vegan egg/sausage/cheese type options but cream cheese will do for now. They also have fresh fruit cups, coffee, juices, kombuchas, etc. available for purchase."

"Wasn't really impressed at the start. Sat at our table for quite a while with nobody coming to see us. Finally got up and asked the girl at the front counter if someone was working that section. In a not so pleasant tone, she said she would let them know. When the server came over, it was the same one waiting on a table two down from us and never even looked our way, even though Iwas signaling to get her attention. Once she took our orders, everything else was good. Food was so-so, but I gave it threestars because the server came through in the end and did a really good job. Not sure about going back."
