I am a permanent Playa Bowls customer and know all customer service expectations that Playa Bowls Corporate Group has for its employees. West Caldwell is extremely incompetent and far from meeting these expectations. Today I bought 6 bowls and the girl who finished my order cut the fruits and packed my order with dirty gloves.
