I come to this Panera Bread often for work meetings but I won’t be coming back. I ordered the you pick 2 and the portions are so tiny. The half salad was barely covering the bottom of the bowl. I upgraded the cup of soup to a bowl and it looked still like it was a cup, compared to my friend’s cup of soup. We waited quite a bit for our food and the staff seemed very confused for some reason. The little old lady that works there in the mornings is so sweet and efficient I love her. The manger notices when she is backed up and comes to help!
I placed an order for catering on Sunday 2/4. I live in NYC, and the delivery location was a church in OH where this panera is located. They called me at 730 am on the morning of the event and informed me that they have NO DRIVERS and someone would need to pick it up. again, i live in NYC, and ubereats is not an option bc it was initially placed as a catering order. when asked if ubereats could pick it up, alicia informed me that I would have to cancel the order and reorder the same dam order as pick up! Once I was able to find someone in the area, they only had 10 of the 15 orders available for pickup, yet still charged me!!!

Very small portion sizes and overpriced. Got the teriyaki chicken bowl for $12 and the quantity barely filled the bottom of the bowl. Also got the broccoli cheddar soup which was $5.69 and the quantity is so less. The bread given with the soup was also very hard. Won’t be coming back. Felt bad for overpaying for such small portions. This was a waste of $18
