This was my first time dining at this restaurant and unfortunately, I did not find it to be worth the price. The meals did not come with rice, soup, or a house salad as advertised. When I asked our server about this, I was told that these items were "optional," which was a new and unexpected response for me. I believe that when I pay for a meal, I should receive all the items that come with it. Additionally, my child wanted to order a bento box from the children's menu, but the waiter informed us that it was only available during lunchtime. My child ended up ordering teriyaki chicken, but the kitchen forgot to bring her rice. We also had to wait for silverware for half of the meal until I had to get up and retrieve some myself. The restaurant has a cool vibe, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our experience.

The food was under-seasoned but the portion sizes were good. The service was prompt, but the server was slow with follow-up.
