The esquites (corn) is awesome as is the arroz!! Each of the taco selections are delicious. Favorites are the pork or fish tacos. On a par with Bien Trucha or a toda madre, and a bit more economical View all feedback.
What Elisa Halvorson doesn't like about Al Chulo:
Best thing about this place is the yummy drinks. We had many different tacos. I thought overall they were ok, some better than others. The ambiance was nice and the server was very helpful and accommodating. Drinks were a bit slow to come out, considering there weren't many people there. I might go back for a drink and the pork tacos. View all feedback.
We came here to celebrate a milestone birthday. The restaurant and its staff were very accommodating and made our event unforgettable. We started with some big special drinks, and an order of guacamole and chips and salsa and chips love the 4 varieties salsa! Then there was a Tortas dish, 2 taco dishes and a salad, even ready to add the chicken to the salad. Finished with a chocolate and banana birthday dessert-alleything was wonderful. Thanks for making our evening special!
Extremely cold near the windows where we were placed. Food was amazing but the drinks were very expensive for what you got. We'd go there again, but would only order food.
Our first visit to Al Chulo was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff and that continued through our meal. The fish tacos and sope were so good and we left there talking about when we would go back! Highly recommend.
We have been dining at Al Chulo for more than 2 years and are never disappointed. The food is delightful. The service is friendly and attentive. The margaritas are delicious. Do not miss the guacamole or the tacos chameleon.
We have been here twice and have been thrilled with the food both times. It's amazing and unique. Their margaritas are small but delicious. A little on the pricey side, but so worth it.
